Welcome to 3M BRAIN. These Terms of Use form a binding agreement between you and 3M BRAIN ("we", "us"). Please read them carefully. By creating an account, subscribing, or using the website, the signals or the connectors, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure and Keys & Security Policy.
About the service
3M BRAIN is a software service that analyses financial markets with algorithmic models and publishes analytical signals, statistics and news summaries. We are not a broker, exchange, bank, custodian, investment adviser or portfolio manager. We never hold or take custody of your funds, and we can never withdraw them. We do not trade on your behalf, except when you connect an exchange in the cloud and turn on auto-trading: then our software places and closes, on your own exchange account and within the limits you set, the orders of the signals delivered to you.
Information only, not advice
Everything we publish, including signals, price levels, trade plans, statistics and track records, is general information for educational purposes. It is not investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any instrument. You alone decide whether, when and how to trade. Where needed, consult an independent licensed professional.
Eligibility and local laws
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, and have full legal capacity. Trading certain instruments, and receiving or copying trading signals, may be restricted or require licences in some countries. You are solely responsible for making sure that your use of the service is lawful where you are.
Your account
Please provide accurate information and keep your sign-in methods secure. Your account and member code are personal and may not be shared, sold or transferred. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect any unauthorised use.
Plans, payments and refunds
Prices are shown in US dollars and paid in USDT on the TRON (TRC20) network to the address shown in your invoice on this website. A plan starts after the payment is confirmed on the blockchain. Please check the network, address and amount carefully: transfers sent to a wrong address or network cannot be recovered. Network and exchange fees are paid by the sender. Because access is delivered digitally and immediately, fees are non-refundable once a plan is active, except where the law requires otherwise or we decide otherwise in a specific case. We may change prices for future periods; a change never affects a period you have already paid for.
Discount codes and referrals
Discount codes and referral rewards are optional promotions with the conditions shown when they are offered. They have no cash value, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be changed or ended at any time for the future. Rewards obtained through self-referral, multiple or fake accounts or any other abuse are void and may be reversed. Referral commissions, where offered, are paid manually in USDT after review.
Signals and connectors
Signals are produced automatically and can be wrong, delayed, interrupted or not delivered. Our free connectors (for MetaTrader 5 and crypto exchanges) are optional software provided as is. You install, configure and run them on your own computer or server, with your own broker or exchange account, and you choose every setting, including trade size, leverage and limits. We do not see, control or guarantee the execution of your orders, which depends on your broker or exchange, your connection and market conditions, including slippage, price gaps, outages and liquidation. We strongly recommend testing on a demo account first and monitoring any automated trading at all times.
Cloud connections
If you choose a cloud connection, you authorise 3M BRAIN to use your exchange API key to place, manage and close orders on your own exchange account for the signals delivered to you, within the limits you set and only while auto-trading is on. You must use a key with trading permission only, never withdrawal or transfer permission, and you are responsible for the permissions you give it. We may refuse any key, and we may pause or stop cloud trading at any time, for example for maintenance, security or changes at an exchange. Orders can fail, be delayed, be filled partly or at a different price, or not be closed, because of exchanges, networks, servers or market conditions. You remain fully responsible for your account and your positions, and you should watch them. Deleting a connection stops new orders at once; trades that are already open stay on your exchange account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to copy, resell, publish or redistribute our signals or content without our written permission; not to share your account or your signal token; not to scrape, overload, attack, reverse engineer or interfere with the service; and not to use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
The 3M BRAIN name, models, software, designs, texts and data belong to 3M BRAIN and its creator. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the service for your own trading decisions while your account is in good standing.
No warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no promise or warranty of any kind, express or implied, about accuracy, availability, profitability or fitness for a particular purpose. Past or simulated results do not guarantee future results.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3M BRAIN, its creator, team and partners shall not be liable for any trading or investment losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from or related to the service, the signals, the connectors or third-party services, even if advised of their possibility. This includes losses from orders that are placed, delayed, not placed or not closed through a cloud connection or a connector. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 3M BRAIN, its creator and team from any claims, losses and costs arising from your use of the service, your trading, or your breach of these Terms or of any law.
Third-party services
The service relies on third parties such as hosting and network providers, exchanges and brokers, Telegram, Google sign-in and the TRON network. Their own terms apply, and we are not responsible for their availability, actions or errors.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close an account, without refund, in case of breach of these Terms, fraud, abuse, legal requirements, or risk to the service or to other members.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The date of the current version is shown at the top of this page, and important changes are announced on the website. If you keep using the service after an update, you accept the new version.
General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. These Terms, together with the policies they refer to, are the entire agreement between you and us about the service. If translations differ, the English version prevails.
